Abikon is an architecture and construction company operating on the market since 2000. In 2005 the range of the company’s activities, which initially covered primarily design services, was broadened by services relating to construction.
Abikon is a team of young and ambitious people – specialists and enthusiasts of the trade with professional education and established work experience. Due to such a base we are able to ensure professional and full services in a friendly atmosphere at each stage of an investment process.
Our offer consists of architectural designs for private constructions and large-area building structures, as well as construction services in building single and multi-family houses.

Design services for individual clients
We offer full design services beginning at the stage of obtaining a decision approving land development conditions and conditions for the supply of utilities, through the preparation of blueprints, and finishing with obtaining a construction permit. Thanks to our own design office, which is using reliable IT tools from renowned companies, we are able to create a “record” of Your visions in the form of a blueprint, an architectural conception, a computer visual presentation or a scale model.
Taking into consideration the experience acquired over the period of nearly 10 years of our presence in the design services business, we can confidently say that we are able to offer You optimal functional solutions and a unique form of designing a building.

Design services for businesses and institutions
This part of our offer is aimed at persons and institutions that seek multi-trade design solutions along with the handling of the formal procedures of obtaining a building permit. You can entrust us with drawing up the documentation for large-area buildings in traditional and industrial technologies. Due to the acquired experience we are able to offer You optimal functional solutions and a unique form. Construction services
Abikon’s offer of construction services includes construction work connected with the building of individual single-family houses and multi-family houses. We specialize in the full completion of residential buildings, providing help and advice in relation to building materials solutions according to the requirements of the client. We construct buildings according to our own documentation and designs of “third” companies to the extent chosen by the investor. Within the building process we provide services of an authorized construction supervisor, geodetic services and documentation necessary for obtaining a building approval.
